   It's become active if Sir Reginald d'Aubry's Manhood has been restored in the 'Goodness, Gracious, Great Balls of Granite!' quest. Each touching activates a buff for 60 minutes, called 'Reginald's Power', that giving the player unlimited run ability while out of combat.
