The Witcher Map provides free interactive maps, guides and related information about The Witcher video games and books. The site is offered as is, for personal, non-commercial use. We may add, change or remove features and content at any time, and we may suspend the site for maintenance.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by CD PROJEKT RED, CD PROJEKT S.A. or Netflix. The Witcher, related names, logos, characters, map art, icons and in-game text are trademarks and copyrighted material of CD PROJEKT S.A. and are used to help players under the company’s fan content guidelines. Nothing on this site grants you any rights to those materials.

The Witcher 3 marker data and map tiles come from the witcher3map project and its fork by root-BB, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). If you reuse that data, you must follow that license, including giving credit and not using it commercially.

The site’s own text, design, code and the illustrated Continent map are protected by copyright. You may link to any page and share marker links freely. Please do not copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our permission.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools to download the site or its data in bulk, or send traffic that degrades the service for others.
• Try to break, probe or bypass the site’s security, or interfere with how it works.
• Frame the site, remove credits or notices, or present its content as your own.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Progress you save is stored in your own browser. You are responsible for backing it up with the export feature; clearing your browser data deletes it, and we cannot restore it.

If you send us corrections, suggestions or translations, you allow us to use them to improve the site without payment or obligation. We will credit contributors when they ask us to.

We work hard to keep the maps correct, but game updates, mods and platform differences mean some information may be incomplete or out of date. Use the site as a guide, not as an official source. Marker notes can reveal story details, so browse with care if you want to avoid spoilers.

The site may show advertising from third parties such as Google, and it links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party ads, products, services or websites. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or enjoyment, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero euros or the smallest amount allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
